| What she looks like | She looks really pretty with rosy cheeks although she’s now in her eighties. Over the past few years, her health has gradually gone downhill. She just had eye surgery last month, and when the weather changes, she usually feels under the weather and is sometimes hospitalized due to her troubled lungs |
| How often you see her | I usually visit her every week, or more when I’m in the neighborhood, but as the it’s been rather cold lately, I haven’t seen her for weeks. I hope the weather will get better so that I can drop by and give her a big hug. |

Why do you think she’s interesting |
She often tells me several funny stories from her childhood. I am really struck by how many details she can remember given her old age and her memorable childhood with many traditional games and close-knit neighbors.
Another point that makes her very interesting to me is her interest in the current affairs. She tends to get up at around 7am, watch the weather forecast to update the weather condition during the day to tell her grandchildren to wear the right clothes. She also keeps up with the latest news and likes to discuss breaking news with her neighbors. She seems so knowledgeable about what’s happening around the world. |
