He’s Dzung. He’s originally from Hanoi, but his family migrated to the Middle of Vietnam to start their own business. I first met him when I started to work for my current company SYM. Back then, he was taking a gap year working in Hanoi, and he was in charge of teaching communicative English at SYM. |

|
Well, he’s thin with sun-tanned skin and receding hair. But he has a charming smile and excellent communication skills. He ate like a horse, but couldn’t gain any kilos. That’s so funny. |

What interesting ideas he/ she has
|
The first time I saw him, I was very drawn to his intriguing ideas about teaching English. I mean the way he thought of teaching English was nothing like what I had seen or had been taught. He came up with his own methods; he taught English in his own ways, which made him a unique teacher adored by many students. |

Whether his/ her interesting ideas/ opinions are an advantage or a disadvantage to his/ her life. |
I think in general, his novel thinking is a great benefit to his career and his life as a whole. He tends to think outside of the box, you know, never repeat what you’re told to do. His way of thinking always makes a good impression on his students and inspire them to think originally and differently.
However, sometimes his creative thinking can be a barrier to his life as a bunch of people might be at first shocked by his new ideas that never cross their mind before. But then they become familiar with his innovative ideas, they fall in love with them and become a big fan of him. |
