What she looks like |
She looks really pretty with rosy cheeks although she’s now in her eighties. Over the past few years, her health has gradually gone downhill, but overall she’s healthy and very active.

| What she likes doing | She can’t stand staying cooped up inside; she prefers going out to breathe in some fresh air and run some errands to give her children a hand. Her children don’t like her moving around too much as they’re worried about her old age, but she can’t stop herself from staying active. I find it extremely funny when a few years ago she sneaked on her children to get on a bus to go to her hometown to visit her old friends there. |

How often you see this person |
I visit her about once a week. When I get too much on my plate, I just come over to her place twice a month. I usually buy her some fruits or cakes, but she keeps telling me not to buy anything as she doesn’t want me to spend money for her. |

Why you enjoy talking to this person |
She has a good sense of humour. Whenever I drop by, she usually tells me very hilarious stories that made me laugh so hard. I enjoy spending time with her as I feel so relaxed. She’s also a good listener. I always turn to her so that I can let off steam because of work or relationship stress. She just listens attentively and rarely advises me what to do. That’s why I love her so much. Last but not least, I particularly treasure the moments when she speaks French. I am always mesmerized by her amazing French although she hasn’t communicated in French for years. I can pick up some French phrases from her, but I still struggle with pronouncing them. |
